A custom employee management and payroll administration portal developed for GPI India, an infrastructure execution company operating across civil construction, dewatering solutions, and industrial water management projects. The platform centralizes employee records, attendance, monthly salaries, salary advances, payment history, and employee self-service operations within a single digital system.
The Challenge & Requirement
GPI India did not have a centralized administrative system for managing its workforce and employee payments. Employee information, daily attendance, monthly salaries, salary advances, and payment records needed to be managed more efficiently. The company also required employees to have their own secure login where they could mark attendance, review personal and payment information, and submit supporting quotations or requests related to advance payments.
Our Strategy & Engineering Approach
Designed and developed a custom role-based administration and employee self-service portal tailored to GPI India's workforce operations. Administrators can register and manage employees, track daily attendance, process monthly salaries, record partial or advance salary payments, and maintain complete employee payment histories. Employees receive individual accounts through which they can mark their own attendance, view profile and salary information, check previous payments, and submit quotations or documentation for advance payment requirements.
